THE LOST RABBIT PINOT GRIS WAITAKI VALLEY 2020
Our Pinot Gris is concentrated and perfumed on the nose with nashi pear and spice notes. The cool Waitaki climate shines through with intense ripe citrus and mouth-watering freshness. A hint of fruit sweetness balances the crisp fruit and flows through to clean, long finish.
The perfect summer wine this Pinot Gris will pair with a versatile array of foods including spicy Asian cuisine and barbecued white meats.

A classic Central Otago Pinot Noir Rosé nose of strawberries and cream. Bursting with fruit intensity this Rosé is packed with strawberry, crunchy apricot and ripe stone fruit flavours. A Rosé made for instant enjoyment, the length and fruit weight reflect the quality of fruit used to craft this perfect summer wine. Serve well chilled on a hot summer’s day.

THE LOST RABBIT CHARDONNAY HAWKES BAY 2019
Our single vineyard oaked Chardonnay has an inviting bouquet of wild flowers and fresh figs and hazelnut leading seamlessly into mouth filling fresh white stone fruit and nutty flavours, The palate has wonderful texture , balance and poise: finishing with subtle citrus and brioche notes. Delicious, balanced and long.
This wine is a great match for grilled or smoked white meats.

Our Pinot Noir has an expressive nose of blackberry, boysenberry, violet and dried herb, the palate has a lovely fresh energy with bright fruit and soft tannins, leaving a long smooth concentrated fruit finish.

THE LOST RABBIT SAUVIGNON BLANC MARLBOROUGH 2020
Our Sauvignon Blanc has characters of elderflower, guava, white currant, lemongrass, and passionfruit coupled with lovely ripe tropicals. These follow through to the palate – which is fine and soft with vibrant freshy fruit and great texture balanced by a ripe juicy acidity and lingering minerality.
This wine pairs beautifully with seafood and pasta dishes

THE LOST RABBIT SPECIAL RESERVE PINOT NOIR 2019
Our Central Otago Special Reserve Pinot Noir has all the hallmarks this world famous region has become famous for. The aroma is intense with dark summer berries and a hint of smoke. On the palete there is a weighty mix of sweet fruit , dark woody notes and beautiful structure. This all leads to an endless, clean finish that is balanced by equal parts fruit and oak.
Enjoy with roast beef, scotch fillet or bold savoury dishes.

THE LOST RABBIT METHODE TRADITIONNELLE NV
Made using the same techniques employed by the great sparkling wine producers of the world, this Methode Traditionnelle is hand crafted in the Hawkes Bay. A blend of three different grapes; Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay with each variety imparting its influence on the final blend.
As a Non Vintage (NV) wines it means the taste and flavour profile will be consistent regardless of harvest or growing conditions
